How does our idea align with E.On?
Does our approach fit the E.On brand? Does it align with there CSR propositions?
E.On says:
"Reducing your energy usage and helping the environment go hand in hand, and we're committed to giving you advice that can make a real difference in your home."
&
"We're leading the way in a wide range of initiatives, from Britain's biggest offshore wind farm right down to community based projects making a real difference."
&
"Climate change is a truly global issue and is closely related with the future of energy generation, the need to develop long term sustainable and secure energy supplies is becoming increasingly important."
&
"We can all contribute to building a sustainable future, and help minimize the impact our energy usage has on the environment through E.ON's range of energy efficiency products."
When you read that, and understand E.On, we think that a child friendly educational initiative like save Pingu will fit perfectly. Considering we have established that there competition are taking part in similar projects, E.On wouldn't want to miss out. Lastly we look at this idea as a long term investment in the hearts and minds of the future, they are planting the seed into the future bill payers minds, and attaching themselves to positive ideals that will inevitably play a big part in the future.
