The company we have chosen to address in E.On.
We have outlined the reasons why in pervious posts. We feel that E.Ons brand is: adult, corporate, clinical, bland, straight and actually very boring. We realise and understand that some of those words and traits should be attached to an energy provider, you wouldn't want the company in charge of supplying you with your gas and electric to be 'crazy' or 'edgey'. However, there is space in there for them to be much more friendly and approachable, more emotional even. If you look at British Gas or N.Power, you will notice they have a much more interesting and personal feel.
Clean, mature & sensible. Yet friendly and good looking.
Sharp, almost scary. We want to make E.On more approachable and 'good'.
But how?
